Achimi Athia Anita

Achimi has considerable experience in working with many foreign and local sponsors or investors regarding the legal aspects of corporate and commercial projects and transactions in Indonesia. She advises clients on corporate secretarial compliance, corporate licenses and regulatory compliance, acquisition transactions, legal due diligence exercises and transfer of shares and assets transactions. Since May 2012, Achimi has been a team leader of legal matters relating to palm oil plantation companies, advising major Malaysian conglomerates and companies on the legal aspects of their businesses in Indonesia. Achimi’s experience includes being a legal counsel at the Indonesian subsidiary of a world’s premier biopharmaceutical company based in US.

Achimi joined Roosdiono & Partners as a Trainee Associate in February 2012. She was promoted to Associate in January 2013, to Senior Associate 2 in January 2015 and to Senior Associate 1 in January 2016.  During the period from September to November 2014, Achimi was selected for secondment to Zaid Ibrahim & Co. in Kuala Lumpur where she worked on various cross-border corporate and commercial transactions. Afterward, Achimi was also selected for secondment to a subsidiary of the largest low-cost airline in Malaysia from October 2019 to April 2020 where she has been instrumental in assisting the client with its business expansion in Philippines and Indonesia. In January 2021, she was promoted to Partner.
