Asher has a decade of legal expertise and experience assisting clients in the provision of legal advice on regulatory issues across several industries and sectors including banking and finance, corporate commercial, foreign direct investment and technology matters. Asher drafts and advises on loan facilities and domestic and cross-border banking transactions for lenders and borrowers, and assists in securing the collateral and interests in relation to such transactions. Asher has also taken part in various corporate commercial matters an transactions, and assisted the projects practice group in conducting legal research, advising various domestic and international clients on project procurement, project financing and project execution and implementation.
Asher joined Roosdiono & Partners as a trainee associate in October 2014 and was subsequently promoted to Senior Associate in January 2021.
