Louise is experienced in handling a wide range corporate and commercial transaction practice areas, including Aircraft Financing, Project Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Foreign Direct Investment. During her time with the firm, she advised and represented numerous onshore and offshore clients in various industries, including aviation, technology, media & telecommunication, logistics, and mining & energy. She has also advised clients on regulatory compliance, in particular on anti-corruption matter. Previously as an in-house counsel, she has been involved in various transactions such as corporate financing and refinancing, initial public offering preparation, project financing, business development project; in addition to daily corporate and commercial contract areas including procurement and supply chain contract, and corporate secretarial matters.
Before joining Roosdiono & Partners, Louise worked for a publicly listed company and a multinational company in coal mining sector.
