Sandro Mieda Panjaitan

Sandro started her career in private practice in 2007 and has been actively representing a number of multinational and national companies, including major banks and financial institutions. With more than 13 years of experience, she also has substantial experiences in advising state owned companies, government institutions as well as the government of the Republic of Indonesia on financing transactions and issuance of debt securities. Her main areas of practice include banking and finance, debt securities, project financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, foreign investments and general corporate affairs.

Sandro made Partner in 2020 having joined Roosdiono & Partners in 2018 as a Senior Associate.  Prior to this, she worked for numbers of major law firms with international affiliations where she was extensively involved in major banking and financing transactions, debt securities as well as acquisition of interests in projects and shares of companies.
