This includes being appointed as the legal advisor of the Toll Roads Regulatory Board, dealing with local and foreign investors for Toll road projects in Java, Indonesia’s most populated island. In the area of Coal, Mining and Metals, we have acted for leading investors and concession-holders in cross-border transactions in East Kalimantan and elsewhere in Indonesia.
