Leoni has extensive experience in acting as legal advisor in structuring, negotiating and documenting project finance transactions, debt security issues, asset-backed securitization transactions, structured finance transactions and documenting Syariah financing transactions.
Joining Roosdiono & Partners as a Partner in 2010, Leoni brought with her extensive experience from Tumbuan Pane, where she had been a Partner since 1994. She has since established a strong reputation as a trusted advisor in Indonesia’s Corporate & Commercial and Structured Finance landscape, with her work recognized by Islamic Finance News.
Her Banking & Finance expertise has contributed to the firm’s practice being ranked as highly recommended by Asialaw Profiles 2015. She was subsequently named a ‘Market-Leading Lawyer’ by Asialaw Leading Lawyers 2016 and received the Woman Lawyer of the Year award at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2016.
